Chasing your dreams.. Or is it just a dream...

Attended speedlight service on sunday and the speaker is a lighter who went to Sidney to set up a ministry. He talked about chasing after dreams, giving principles and ways not to lose your dreams, blah blah blah... God seemed to be speaking to me through this speaker, about my dreams. As he was speaking, i was wondering, yeah yeah yeah, chase your dreams and never let them go.. But how would i know if the dream i am chasing is really what God wants me to be? or is it just a plain dream which will eventually be extinguished when i wake up? Was really wondering and wasn't really listening / writing...

Hmmm... I guess no one knows for sure whether the dream that i / you are chasing is really what God wants.. Only God and we ourselves know the best.. Know whether what we want to do is what God wants us to do. And this we can only know perhaps through trying.. You try out this "dream" and in the course of time, God will probably reveal His will to you... You never know if you never try. hahaha.. Though i am using "you", i am acutally talking to myself also... what an absurdity..

But saying this is easy isn't it... sounds so simple.. trying... what if the dream is just a dream? hai.... so many things to consider.. if not this dream then what? and if it isn't then how how how? what what what?

I believe that God's will is perfect, and that what He wants me to do is the best.. But yet there is this hidden element of surprise, or a not so good word, fear.. I believe but yet i am fearful... But yet there is nothing much i can do... But to prepare myself to chase after this dream...God you are in control..
